Before we move your hot tub, it’s crucial that we have an idea of what to expect. During the process of getting a quote, we will ask for an estimate of the weight of the tub as well as a model number. If you have photos you can provide us with, these are also extremely helpful for us to be able to plan accordingly.
Please also be prepared to provide us with a description of the area that the hot tub is in, including terrain, any constraining variables (i.e. trees or fences), and distance to nearest available loading area.
