We needed to move a sizable safe in a very short time frame (the next day, in fact) but no other company in the Austin area would respond to our quote requests, or they wanted an exorbitant fee for the job. But then Muscle Man Moving & Piano Experts came to our rescue!

Mike and Blake showed up (on time!) and handily loaded the giant safe into their truck like it was nothing. They drove the 25 miles to our new place outside Austin and carefully and professionally placed it in the designated new spot. They were so friendly, kind, and efficient! It was such a relief to have these experts taking care of us!

“So, this review is long, LONG overdue. I chose Muscle Man Moving to help me with my move to the Houston suburbs back in 2019. The gentlemen who arrived took my bulky furniture from my second-story apartment all the way to the curb and into their truck in a flash.

They were so fast, it was like magic. I was surprised they even managed to fit everything in there! I stayed in Austin while they hauled everything to the new place, where they then placed the furniture into a second-story bedroom. Not a scratch on the furniture. They were courteous, friendly, and efficient. They’re awesome.
Making the move was such a stressful process but I’m glad I contacted them!”

“This crew of two (Luke, the lead, and Omar) showed up eager and ready to tackle a pretty intense hot tub move in very close quarters – along with multiple full storage units full of who knows what, and did it all at once. It was an extremely intense move that any other company I have ever worked with, regardless of how highly reviewed, would have made quite a fuss about, requested more people, or changed the invoice price.

Their truck was immaculately clean and organized! There must’ve been 50 to 100 moving blankets, all looking perfectly cared for and folded to a tee – during the entire process, the blankets were then folded and organized back in the truck. Surprise bonus; I accidentally left my coffee cup in the trailer, and when we got to the destination, the cup was still standing as if it hadn’t just been on a 15 minute ride!

Luke – the captain of the ship – is an absolute beast! I don’t know this person and have never met him before, but I felt like he was just a friend – an impossibly strong long time friend. Always smiling, laughing, but super focused and doesn’t waste any time.

Legitimately the first moving experience I have ever had where I never felt uncomfortable at any point during the process. That alone should be worth calling this team.”

“I’ve moved multiple times and always dread the process but this was the best team of movers!

Guillermo, Giovanni & Marcus did a great job moving our furniture and belongings, including a piano, from a 2nd floor 3 bedroom apartment to a 4 bedroom single-story house. We also needed a 10′ x 10′ storage unit emptied and the contents brought to the house. They charged by the hour, plus an extra fee for the piano and it was worth it. They arrived within the target window and their estimate for completing the work was very close (estimated 9 hours and ended up taking 9 hours and 45 minutes).

Highlights: They wrapped all the furniture, floor lamps and unboxed items in blankets to prevent scratches/chips and were respectful and considerate with our belongings. These men were careful not to ding the walls or mar the floors in the apartment & our new home. My piano arrived safely from the 2nd story and they positioned it exactly where I wanted it in our new home.

I don’t ever plan to move again but for anyone looking for a moving company, I would recommend Muscle Man Movers.”

“No move is perfect. I’ve used movers 3 times in the past 7 years or so and each time there has been SOMETHING that wasn’t perfect. But, these guys worked SO hard and fast and did their dead level best to take care of us quickly and with care.

They moved my large format plotter which is a delicate and very heavy piece of equipment.

They took our things to two different locations. They followed directions well as long as I paid attention and directed them well.

They had a great, almost playful attitude toward each other and toward the work. It made what could have been a very stressful day, not only NOT stressful, but almost fun.”
