We coordinate the freight-elevator window with the leasing office and stage the truck in the designated loading area. Downtown loading is time-limited, so the crew is briefed to load on a tight clock.
Pads in the freight elevator, runner mats from the elevator to the unit, corner guards on blind turns through the lobby and corridors. The building expects protection in place before anything moves.
Crew leads badge in at the desk, run the move within the reserved window, and leave the common areas the way we found them. AMLI’s team signs off on the way out.
