This policy explains what information Muscleman Elite Moving & Storage ("Muscleman Elite," "we," "us") collects when you use musclemanmoving.com, request a quote, call, or text us, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, book a move, or contact us, we collect what you enter or tell us: your name, phone number, email address, move date, pickup and delivery addresses, home size, inventory and specialty items, access details (stairs, parking, elevators), and any notes or photos/videos you choose to send.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We use cookies and similar tools for this, including analytics and advertising tags (for example, from Google and Meta) that help us understand which pages and ads are useful.
Public property records. To speed up a quote, we may look up public records about a pickup address (such as home size) so you don't have to type it.
How we use your information
- To prepare your quote, schedule and perform your move, and provide storage
- To contact you by phone, email, or text about your quote and move
- To answer your questions and provide customer service
- To improve our website, services, and advertising
- To prevent fraud and spam, and to meet legal obligations
Text messages (SMS)
If you enter your mobile number on our quote form at https://musclemanmoving.com/get-quote and check the optional, unchecked text-message consent box, we may send you text messages from Muscleman Elite Moving & Storage about your quote and move.
What we text about: quote follow-ups and answers to your questions, scheduling and move-date confirmations, crew arrival updates, links you ask for (such as a video-walkthrough link for an accurate quote), and service follow-ups after your move.
- Consent is optional. You do not have to agree to receive texts to get a quote or hire us.
- Message frequency varies based on your quote and move.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation text and no further messages unless you opt in again.
- For help: reply HELP to any message, call (512) 298-5311, or email office@musclemanmoving.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or texting consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of information sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers who work on our behalf under confidentiality obligations — for example, our customer-management and scheduling software, phone and text-messaging providers, email, website hosting, inventory/video-walkthrough tools, and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us. As stated above, this never includes your texting opt-in or consent.
- Legal and safety reasons — when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, crews, or others.
- Business transfers — if our business is merged, acquired, or sold, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
Cookies and advertising
Advertising partners such as Google and Meta may use cookies to measure ad performance and show relevant ads on other sites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalization through Google Ads Settings and your Facebook/Instagram ad preferences. Blocking cookies won't stop you from requesting a quote.
How long we keep information
We keep customer and move records as long as needed to provide our services, handle claims, and meet legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, then delete or de-identify them.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by calling (512) 298-5311 or emailing office@musclemanmoving.com. Depending on where you live (for example, Texas or California), you may have additional rights under state privacy law; we will honor them and will not discriminate against you for using them. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
