  Adult children often coordinate the move from out of town. We make sure they have the same visibility the senior does.

  Climate-controlled storage for the items that need a longer decision. Same-crew load-out when ready.

   Sit-down walkthrough

   In-person, slow, with the senior + any family. We walk the home and talk about what comes, what stays, what goes to whom.

   Pack + relocate

   Crew packs at the senior's pace. Items destined for family are labeled and routed. Items going to storage are inventoried. Move day is patient.

3. 03

   Settle + check-in

   We unpack at the new home, place furniture, make beds, hang art. A check-in call a week later — anything missing, anything to adjust.
