Most organizers and move managers make you call for a number. Here are ours: hourly rates, starting prices for each service, and the math behind them.
Hourly rates
What an hour costs.

- Minimum visit: 2 people for 4 hours.
- “With a Muscleman move” applies when we also do your move. The move itself is quoted separately.
- Rush means a start date less than 7 days away.
- Home Reset members pay $80 per organizer-hour, and the two-person minimum is waived.
- Products are billed at cost, only after you approve them.

Senior Move Management
From $2,550 + your move
A typical downsizing: 6 move-manager hours × $125 + 24 organizer-hours × $75 = $2,550, with your Muscleman move quoted separately.

From $680
The minimum visit, 2 organizers for 4 hours: 8 organizer-hours × $85 = $680.
What’s included →Unpacking & Settle-In
From $1,200
A full settle-in day, 2 people for 8 hours: 16 organizer-hours × $75 = $1,200 ($1,360 without a Muscleman move).
What’s included →White-Glove Move Concierge
From $3,900 + your move
A typical concierge move: 12 move-manager hours × $125 + 32 organizer-hours × $75 = $3,900, with your Muscleman move quoted separately.
What’s included →Maintenance & Seasonal Resets
From $320/mo
One monthly reset, 1 organizer for 4 hours: 4 organizer-hours × $80 = $320 a month.
