Aquarium movers for live tank relocation

Moving a live aquarium is not moving furniture — it is moving a small ecosystem. Saltwater reefs go into crisis when water parameters swing. Planted tanks shed leaves when substrate is disturbed. Fish stress when their bag oxygen runs out. We drain, transport, and recommission tanks with the right materials and the right pace. Most tanks under 75 gallons are a one-day job; reef tanks above 100 gallons usually span two days.

  Livestock has limited bag time

  A fish in a 1-gallon transport bag has 4–8 hours of safe oxygen. We schedule the move to minimize time outside the tank.

  Reef chemistry swings in transit

  Saltwater parameter swings (pH, salinity, alkalinity) can crash a reef tank. We transport saved tank water so re-fill happens on stable chemistry.

  Substrate disturbance kills plants

  Planted tanks lose half their leaves if substrate is dumped and re-poured. We move the substrate intact when possible.

   Drain + bag livestock

   Save 50% of tank water for re-fill. Bag fish individually with air pump support. Photograph tank for re-aquascaping at destination.

2. 02

   Transport with chemistry

   Saved tank water rides with the move. Substrate transported intact where possible. Drive direct — no overnight unless required.

3. 03

   Recommission slow

   Set up the tank, return saved water, slow-drip new water to match chemistry, return livestock last. Test parameters before declaring done.
