DISCREET MOVES FOR HIGH-PROFILE CLIENTS
Celebrity & VIP Moving — Private, Discreet, Confidential
For clients who can’t have their move become public, the work is as much about privacy as it is about furniture. NDAs, background-checked crews, off-hours scheduling, controlled access, and secure storage — handled quietly. We don’t name our clients, and that’s exactly the point.

What this looks like
The operational reality.
Some moves can’t show up on social media, can’t be overheard at the front desk, and can’t leave a trail. Executives in the middle of a transition, public figures, professional athletes, entertainers, public officials, and high-net-worth families all share the same requirement: the move happens without becoming a story.
Muscleman Elite runs these as private engagements. The same crews and equipment that handle white-glove and high-value moves, wrapped in a confidentiality protocol — signed NDAs, a named point of contact, background-checked crew, discreet (unbranded) vehicles on request, private scheduling outside normal hours, and zero public posting. The client is a file number to everyone who doesn’t need to know more.
The work overlaps with our white-glove moving (fine art, antiques, high-value pieces), long-distance moving (second homes, relocations between markets), estate moving (full-household distribution), and secure storage. What makes it a VIP engagement is the privacy layer on top — and the discipline to hold it.
CELEBRITY & VIP MOVING — PRIVATE, DISCREET, CONFIDENTIAL · OPERATIONAL DETAIL
What makes this hard
Not a generic move.
Privacy is the deliverable, not a feature. A single photo, a tagged location, or a talkative crew member undoes the entire job. Every person on the move signs a confidentiality agreement, and the crew is briefed that nothing about the client, the address, or the contents leaves the job.
Background-checked, hand-picked crews. VIP moves are not staffed from whoever is available. We assign vetted, longer-tenured crew leads who understand access control and have done this kind of work before.
Access control and security coordination. Gated estates, private security details, building concierge teams, and personal assistants all have to be coordinated. We work to the client’s (or their team’s) access rules — credentials, check-in, escort, and a tight list of who is on site and when.
Off-hours and short-notice timing. Many of these moves happen early, late, or on a private timeline to avoid attention. We schedule around the client’s calendar, not ours.
Unbranded, low-profile presence on request. When a wrapped truck at the curb is itself a problem, we can run discreet vehicles and minimize signage so the move doesn’t announce itself.
High-value contents are the norm. Fine art, collections, instruments, wardrobe, electronics, and irreplaceable personal items. These get the white-glove handling, custom crating, and valuation that high-value moves require — under the same privacy umbrella.
A single point of contact. The client or their team talks to one coordinator, start to finish. Fewer people in the loop is part of the security model.
“The best compliment on a VIP move is that no one ever knew it happened.”
How we handle it
The process.
1. Private consultation + NDA. We start with a confidential walk-through (in person or with the client’s team) and a mutual NDA before any details are documented. The client decides how much their household, assistants, or security team is involved.
2. Vetted crew assignment. We assign background-checked, hand-picked crew leads to the engagement and brief them on the confidentiality protocol. The roster of who is on site is kept tight and shared only with the client’s contact.
3. Access + security coordination. We coordinate credentials, check-in, and escort with the client’s security detail, estate staff, or building concierge. Gate codes, parking, and entry points are arranged in advance so nothing improvises on move day.
4. Discreet scheduling. We set the window around privacy — off-hours, early, late, or split across days as needed — and run unbranded or low-profile vehicles when requested.
5. White-glove handling of high-value contents. Custom crating for art and collections, padded transport for instruments and electronics, wardrobe handled with care, and full inventory documentation kept confidential to the client.
6. Secure storage when there’s a gap. When the new residence isn’t ready, contents go into secure, access-controlled storage under the same confidentiality terms rather than sitting exposed.
7. Clean close-out. Final walk-through with the client’s contact, confidential inventory sign-off, and no public footprint — no posts, no reviews-by-name, no mention of the engagement.
Pricing factors
What moves the number.
- 01
Confidentiality + crew vetting
NDAs, hand-picked background-checked crews, and a restricted on-site roster add coordination beyond a standard move. The privacy layer is part of the engagement, not an upsell tacked on after.
- 02
Access + security coordination
Gated estates, private security details, and building concierge teams take pre-planning — credentials, escorts, and entry logistics arranged before move day.
- 03
Off-hours + discreet logistics
Early, late, split-day, or short-notice scheduling and unbranded vehicles are accommodated and factored into the quote.
- 04
High-value handling
Fine art, collections, instruments, and wardrobe quoted with custom crating and an appropriate valuation tier — same as white-glove, under the privacy umbrella.
Every VIP engagement is quoted privately after a confidential consultation — there is no public price list for this service. We bill hourly with a written estimate, and valuation coverage is set to the value of the contents. The privacy terms are agreed in writing before we begin.
Common scenarios
What we actually see.
- 01
Executive in a quiet transition
A corporate executive relocating between residences who needs the move to stay off the radar — coordinated through an assistant, scheduled off-hours, unbranded vehicles, single point of contact.
- 02
Public figure / entertainer
A public figure whose address and belongings can’t become public. Background-checked crew, NDAs, controlled access through a security detail, and zero posting about the job.
- 03
Professional athlete between markets
A long-distance move tied to a trade or signing that hasn’t been announced — discreet timing, secure storage on the back end if the new residence isn’t ready, white-glove handling of memorabilia and collections.
- 04
High-net-worth family + estate
A private family move involving fine art, collections, and a multi-destination estate distribution — handled with full inventory documentation kept confidential to the family.
Where we run this
Across Texas.
We run discreet VIP moves out of our Austin base (823 N Congress Ave STE 300-11, Austin, TX 78701) and across the markets we serve — the Hill Country (Lakeway, Bee Cave, Dripping Springs, Westlake), Buda & Kyle, and the Permian Basin (Midland & Odessa). Because so many high-profile moves are between markets or out of state, this service pairs naturally with our long-distance work — Texas-wide and interstate, under the same confidentiality terms end to end.
For privacy, we do not list VIP client addresses, photos, or named reviews anywhere on this site or our profiles.

Questions we get
About this move type.
- Do you sign an NDA?
- Yes. We sign a mutual confidentiality agreement before any details of the move are documented. Every crew member on a VIP engagement is bound by it, and nothing about the client, address, or contents leaves the job.
- Will the move be posted anywhere or named in a review?
- No. We never post about VIP moves, never name the client, and never publish photos or addresses. Discretion is the entire point of the service — we don’t use these engagements as marketing.
- Are your crews background-checked?
- For VIP engagements we assign hand-picked, background-checked, longer-tenured crew leads and keep the on-site roster tight. We coordinate access and check-in with your security team, estate staff, or building concierge.
- Can the move happen off-hours or with unbranded trucks?
- Yes. We schedule around privacy — early, late, split across days, or on short notice — and can run discreet, unbranded vehicles with minimal signage when a marked truck at the curb would draw attention.
- How do I get a quote without my information getting out?
- Reach out through the quote form or call us directly and tell us you need a private consultation. We’ll set up a confidential walk-through and put the NDA in place before anything is documented. Pricing is quoted privately, never published.
