  • The corridor itself.** Mockingbird Lane runs east-west through the historic country-club corridor. The address that defines the corridor — **3200 Mockingbird Lane

    is the Midland Country Club clubhouse, founded 1927. Residential addresses run east and west from the club for several blocks in each direction. Architectural mix: 1950s-1970s ranch homes that have been in families for decades, 1990s-2010s custom rebuilds, and a handful of new builds in the $1M-to-$3M range.

Canopy clearance. Mature live-oak and pecan canopy on multiple stretches drops to 12-to-13 ft. Below the 13'6" of a standard moving truck. Our crews scout the address before move day, brief on canopy spots, and bring a 16-foot or 20-foot shuttle to ferry from the curb when the canopy makes the 26-footer impossible.

Country club access patterns. Saturday and Sunday afternoons during golf and event season (Spring Member-Guest, Fall Member-Guest, Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve) shut down corridor access from the north.
