It's where the E&P executive and royalty-family class lives. The ungated sister section, Saddle Club South, runs about $300,000 to just over $600,000 — different gate procedure, different driveway profile, different move-day plan.

That distinction matters on move day. Saddle Club Estates is a gate-procedure neighborhood: vendor name, driver, plate, COI naming the HOA as additional insured, all on file before the gate opens. Saddle Club South is the easier-access neighborhood but still falls under the Saddle Club South Homeowner's Association (registered with Texas) for vendor hours and POD/dumpster rules.

Saddle Club Estates (gated): 3,000+ sq ft, four or five bedrooms, $700K-$1.4M. Located among the high-tier neighborhoods around Midland Country Club. Lot sizes generally support a 26-foot truck pulling into the driveway, but mature-tree canopy on some interior streets runs at 12-to-13-foot clearance, below the 13'6" of a standard moving truck. Spotters required on canopy streets.

Saddle Club South (ungated): $300K-$600K, more compact lot sizes than the Estates side. Saddle Club South Homeowner's Association is registered with the State of Texas — vendor hours, dumpster placement, and POD rules apply. Easier access than the Estates side, no gatehouse procedure.

HOA / gate procedure (common pattern — verify per HOA on move date): Saddle Club Estates uses a vendor pre-clearance list at the gatehouse. Resident calls in the vendor 24-48 hours ahead.
